1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CashTalk (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CashTalk is a personal expense tracking and money coaching application. The Service allows users to:

• Manually track and categorize expenses
• View spending statistics and analytics
• Receive automated “blunt” insights about spending habits
• Export personal financial data
• Subscribe to premium features for enhanced functionality

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Premium Subscription

CashTalk offers premium subscription services billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• You may cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CashTalk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Financial insights will lead to improved financial outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CASHTALK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Financial decisions made based on information from the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CashTalk and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
